SUBMITTING A CLAIM FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
This process is easy and simple please send us an e-mail to info@mintnyte.com and include the following:
- Your order number and date of purchase.
- Outline the product(s) that need replacing or refunding.
- Upload a photo of each item needing to be replaced or refunded, clearly showing the defect(s).
- Click on send.
Once your money-back guarantee has been approved we will inform you of this via e-mail and will give you the option of a refund or a gift card for the value of the item(s) purchased.
Should we consider the item(s) being claimed doesn't satisfy the money-back guarantee we may ask you to send us your item(s) for further inspection. If these items do indeed have defects we will refund you these shipping costs.
