EU and International exchanges and returns
We do not provide free returns from outside of the UK or Gibraltar. If you wish to return an item you can do so, however, the cost of the return will be at your own expense. What does this include?
- Colour defects - Loss of colour or use of wrong colour accessories like zips or buttons, etc.
- Physical defects - Like uneven parts, hanging buttons, improper working of zippers, etc.
- Sewing defects - Like problems in thread tension, mismatched colour threads, etc.
- Sizing defects - Like wrong-sized sleeves on faulty garments, the difference in two garment measurements from the same batch, etc.
SUBMITTING A CLAIM FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
This process is easy and simple please send us an e-mail to info@mintnyte.com and include the following:
- Your order number and date of purchase.
- Outline the product(s) that need replacing or refunding.
- Upload a photo of each item needing to be replaced or refunded, clearly showing the defect(s).
- Click on send.
Once your money-back guarantee has been approved we will inform you of this via e-mail and will give you the option of a refund or a gift card for the value of the item(s) purchased.
Should we consider the item(s) being claimed doesn't satisfy the money-back guarantee we may ask you to send us your item(s) for further inspection. If these items do indeed have defects we will refund you these shipping costs.

You literally can’t fault the quality. Breathable and super soft stretchy material. The bibs, unlike most, sit comfortably under baby’s chin and moisture doesn’t seep through to clothing underneath. 10/10 from us!

I adore my blankets, I literally have one in every colour. They are super soft any my baby loves them. They are warm enough for the winter to trap that warm air but not hot enough now in the summer months. Super easy to wash and look perfectly new even after tons of washes. Definitely recommend these!
