If you'd like to return or exchange a product and you live inside the UK, please email our Customer Service team at info@mintnyte.com for your free returns label. We ask you to provide your order number and the items, you would like to return for a refund or an exchange.

Gibraltar exchanges and returns

If you'd like to return or exchange a product and you live in Gibraltar, please e-mail our Customer Service team at info@mintnyte.com and we will contact you to arrange the free return or exchange directly from your home address. We ask you to provide your order number and the items, you would like to return for a refund or an exchange.

EU and International exchanges and returns

We do not provide free returns from outside of the UK or Gibraltar. If you wish to return an item you can do so, however, the cost of the return will be at your own expense. Please contact info@mintnyte.com for the required return labels and documentation to return items to our facilities in the UK or Gibraltar.

SUBMITTING A CLAIM FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

This process is easy and simple please send us an e-mail to info@mintnyte.com and include the following:

1. Your order number and date of purchase.
2. Outline the product(s) that need replacing or refunding.
3. Upload a photo of each item needing to be replaced or refunded, clearly showing the defect(s).
4. Click on send.

Once your money-back guarantee has been approved we will inform you of this via e-mail and will give you the option of a refund or a gift card for the value of the item(s) purchased.

Should we consider the item(s) being claimed doesn't satisfy the money-back guarantee we may ask you to send us your item(s) for further inspection. If these items do indeed have defects we will refund you these shipping costs.
