Why should I choose Mintnyte's Bamboo Lyocell products?

Here at Mintnyte we have a series of beliefs which we have tirelessly and carefully tried to channel and showcase through our sleepwear.

We believe in helping those who need it the most, in a way which is safe for them and sustainable for our planet.

Our Lyocell fabric is manufactured with high Eco-standards, without the use of harmful chemicals, and using a closed-loop system that recycles and reuses water and non-toxic chemicals, minimising waste very efficiently. In fact, bamboo uses up to 10 times less water to grow than cotton and up to 50% less water to manufacture than organic cotton.

As well as being kind to the planet, our fabrics are very gentle on your little one’s delicate skin.

Lyocell is hypoallergenic and antibacterial, it's breathable and moisture-wicking, it is also stretchy and highly durable. All the above is great but one of the main reasons we have chosen Lyocell as our fabric of choice, and what really makes our product magical and standout is that it is 3°C cooler than cotton, hence our name, MINTNYTE, fresh, cool and superb nights.

So, what does all this mean? It means that all babies, but even more-so those who suffer from skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, will be able to stay cool at night and reduce itchiness and scratching from the heat. This will massively improve their comfort and as a result they will actually sleep like a baby sleep. And guess who else would get more sleep as a result? Yep, you guessed it, you!

How should I care for my Mintnyte products?

We love the super soft, breathable, and hypoallergenic properties of our sleepwear. We believe this is the absolute best choice for your little ones and their skin, therefore when washing think less is more!

We strongly suggest washing our items zipped/ buttoned up, inside out, in cold water < 30°C and hung to dry.

For best results, do not wash together with rough items, such as jeans, towels, or items with Velcro as this can increase pilling . If needed, place bibs with Velcro in a wash bag to protect your sleepwear.

Sleep bags should NOT be washed inside out, but should be zipped up completely to protect the inner quilting.

We do not recommend using the dryer. We recommend hanging to dry. If drying indoors, open your sleep
bags and point a fan towards them to help reduce drying time.

What if I have two discount codes?

Congratulations, that's great! You can certainly make use of both discount codes. However, please note that you can only apply one discount code per order. If you enter more than one discount code only the last one entered will be applied.

Gift Cards

We offer E-gift cards for the value of £10, £25, £50 and £100.

The gift card code gets sent straight to your email address and it contains the details on how to redeem it.

Ordering

How to place an order?

Shopping on our MINTNYTE website is very simple. You can explore our collections by
hovering over the menu at the top of the main page.

Once you have found a product you love, simply choose your favorite colour and the size required. A pop up window on the top of the page will appear, confirming the items you have added to your bag. You can choose to continue shopping, or proceed straight to the checkout.

If you would like us to include a gift message you may enter your message at this point.

Please review the items you would like to purchase and click on "check out".

Enter your email address and delivery and billing address details on the next page and click on "continue to shipping".

Please note, only one discount/promotion per order applies. If you try to apply two discounts/promotions, our system will automatically select the best deal and apply this to your order.

If you are happy with everything, click on the "continue to the payment" button and enter your payment details.

Simply finish placing your order by clicking on the "complete order" button or selecting your preferred payment method such as Paypal (if you choose to pay by Paypal or another third party payment processor please note you will be redirected to their payment page).

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us! Please check your junk/spam folders in case the email slipped in there.

All payments will be charged in GBP. The currency calculator on site is only an estimation.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. If your baby is on the higher side of the spectrum for that size consider going one size up although our sleepwear is quite stretchy and should still fit them well.

Our products are not treated with any harmful chemical flame retardants. As a result, all of our baby sleepwear is designed to fit snugly against the skin, in order to
comply with safety regulations.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish you could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, we exchange and do returns in Gibraltar directly hassle free directly to your door, just contact us at info@mintnyte.com or us our Contact Us form. Furthermore UK return shipping is free, please also contact us at info@mintnyte.com or us our Contact Us form.

Can I edit my order?

If you would like to edit your order or change your address, our team will do it's utmost to accommodate these requests. As long as the order is unfulfilled we should be able to edit your order to some extent. Please send an email ASAP to info@mintnyte.com, with the subject and content of the email stating exactly what you need and your order number.

If you are requesting a change of address, please include the updated address within your initial inquiry.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that these changes be made prior to fulfillment, and once an order is fulfilled, we cannot edit or change an address.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use various carriers, and couriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information if outside of Gibraltar. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We do try to keep taxes and duties as low as possible, however, you will be responsible for your own country’s taxes and customs fees, if applicable. International taxes and fees are subject to change based on origin of the product. 

International shipping time varies by country. 

If you are not able to locate your package once it has left our facilities, please contact the shipping carrier and/ or use the tracking number included in your order confirmation email.

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship all orders, both domestic and international, within 1-2 business days of purchase! Yes, that fast!  International standard shipping for your package to reach you will vary depending on your location. For expedited and priority shipping, orders will ship no later than the following business day.

The item I received is damaged/ defective. What do I do?

If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturer’s defect within 6 months from the date of purchase, we will gladly help you replace the item. You must email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to info@mintnyte.com or use the Contact Us form at the bottom of the page.

All claims for items that are damaged/ defective upon arrival must be submitted within 30 days of the date the item is marked delivered by the postal carrier or by ourselves. Should the item be a clearance item you will only be issued the amount paid for the item.
